Sharon holds an MA in Performing Arts from American University and studied acting at Circle in the Square and with Michael Howard. Prior to casting, she worked professionally as an actress with memberships in SAG/AFTRA and AEA. Sharon coaches actors, and professionals in other fields, for on-camera work and personal appearances.

Jeff earned a BA in photography from Providence College and studied filmmaking and editing at New York University. In addition to casting, Jeff teaches on-camera acting and voice-over technique at acting schools in New York City. He also shoots and edits videos for business conferences and corporate presentations.
